The deposit amount of 3.000 euros can be taken by debit card, credit card, cheque or indeed cash if necessary. By allowing customers to use visa and debit cards we are opening doors to those who do not wish to travel over to Spain initially.
The next payment which is 20% of the purchase price is to be transferred to the builder but not until April or March of 2007. Actual completion of these properties will not be until the first quarter of 2009 creating a period of growth on the initial investment as the value increases over these two years.
Once we reach the completion time the increase in value will be such that the banks will be able to fund the rest of the monies required to complete on any property. That is of course if you wanted to complete, as Llanera the building company allows individuals to buy in the name of a company¹ enabling the selling on of contracts, thus benefiting from selling once the building is advanced without having to complete the purchase and pay the relevant taxes of such purchase.
